Ice-cream treats, new dresses, blogging with refreshed passion, delicious salads, eating dinner curled up in bed, asking for better work/life balance and getting it, 2 for 1 cocktails with friends, sunny walks, The Muppets movie (I teared up, more than once. Very nostalgic for my youth), amazing Skype dates with my bestie (wearing my new purple wig from the Gold Coast - yes siree), relaxed productivity and smiles you can't wipe away.

Discovering Your Strengths

Something I come across far too often is people who don't think they're good at anything. Either it's a severe lack of confidence or they've never really sat down and analysed what they've achieved. People tend to be embarrassed to say they're good at anything, in fear of seeming too cocky or self-obsessed.

Finding What Inspires You

Inspiration and the feeling of being inspired is what pushes us to do great things. No matter what form it takes, inspiration is what moves us to dream, to plan adventures and sparks the desire to move out of our comfort zone and learn or achieve something bigger. Inspiration can be that little nudge we need to turn a thought into an action.

The Week With All The Congruent Self Discovery

I do feel that I am getting better at living a life in line with my values and strengths, but I think it could be really valueable if I stepped through it this week: really focusing on strengths, writing a mission statement, taking a look at what I can do to live closer aligned to my values and opening myself to more opportunities.
